Dr. Jenny Wheeler is originally from Gaithersburg, Maryland. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bridgewater College, where she was an active member of the equestrian team. She went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University in 2025, where she met her husband, Nick. Dr. Wheeler relocated to North Carolina with Nick and their three beloved dogs—Ty, Whitney, and Daphne. When she’s not at the clinic, Dr. Wheeler enjoys cooking, baking, hiking, and traveling. Dr. Wheeler is excited to begin her career at Carver Street Animal Hospital and serve the families of the Durham community!
