Dr. Schultz is a 2009 graduate of Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. Before joining the Carver Street Family, she's worked in private, corporate, and relief practices, garnering 14 years of well-rounded experience. She loves forming a connection with her patients and being Fear Free Certified aims to start every appointment in that manner. Born and raised in Guyana, South America, she loves to share in others stories but in general also loves to share her knowledge with her clients. Dr. Schultz loves Integrative Medicine and having recently completed her acupuncture training, enjoys being able to offer acupuncture and herbal medicine as a treatment option for her patients. Dr. Schultz lives in Durham with her son, a wizard of a cat named Luke Skywalker, and a Dumerils Boa named SweetPea. She enjoys staying active and can be found weight lifting, rock climbing, and doing yoga in her spare time with a sprinkling of gardening.
